My own proof-of-work coin from 2018, now relaunching as a fast, secure privacy coin.
I built XcelR in 2018 as a proof-of-work cryptocurrency. It isn't a token on someone else's chain. It has its own network, consensus, mining and monetary rules.
Building a currency from scratch means owning every layer at once: difficulty adjustment, block validation, peer discovery, wallet software people trust with real money, and the community that decides whether any of it matters.
XcelR has since been redeveloped and is relaunching as a privacy coin built for security and speed. The privacy features switch on at the relaunch network upgrade.
